SALON POLICY
- Etiquette: We
respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. Mobile phones
and other electronic devices are discouraged.
- Valuables: The
management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any
kind brought into the salon premises.
- Special Consideration:Clients
who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical
complications, are advised to consult their doctors before using any salon
services. Please highlight your medical condition to your therapist.
- Cancellation Policy: Kindly
provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Any
cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. A
full fee will be imposed for a "no-show".
- Refund Policy:
Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and
non-exchangeable. The salon reserves the right to offer and recommend
alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available.
- Payment : We accept
cash and all major eftpos cards. All prices are subject to change without prior
notice. For all new clients booking a service longer than hour duration we
reserve the right to request payment prior to the appointed time of service.
